1. HEPA Filter Bag
HEPA filter bag is made of polypropylene micron-fiber, which is chemical stable and with high power- capturing ability in Micron Grade.
It can provide absolute high ability in filtration and tolerance. With filtration precision of 99.9%, HEPA filter bag is suitable for most industrial fields.The structure feature of HEPA filter bag is that it is composed of layers in grades. Inner layer is the thickest to provide the best pre-filtration and largest collection ability. While the middle and outer layers are with high density and micro-fiber. It can provide a better filtration precision. There are at most 12 layers in a HEPA filter bag in different density and precision .This can lead a stable filtrating efficiency and dust-collection ability. It also will increase the lifetime of filter bag (according to the total flowing ability). Moreover, HEPA filter bag owns the ability of hydrocarbon (oil) absorption because of its special structure.HEPA Filter Bag realizes the lost cost and high efficiency of replacement in the industrial filtration.
2.Mesh/Screen Filter Bag
Mesh/Screen Filter Bag is made of Monofilament or Multifilament mesh.
It could be taken out and washed repeatedly, so it is economical. The multifilament yarn is composed by many smaller monofilaments which have the same diameter after twist them together.The mesh will detain these powders whose diameter larger than the mesh opening, and pass those powders with smaller diameter. It is called surface filtration. It is easy to clean the mesh. Because the yarn is drawn by the drawn machine which has the same diameter of spinneret, so all the filaments have the same diameter and smooth surface. It guarantees the precision of mesh account. We have adopted an independent sewing system to avoid silicon oil pollution during process. Moreover, each mesh/screen bag is with special side packing technology to avoid side leaking from pinprick.

3.Welding Filter Bag with plastic ring for Liquid Filtration 
For more and more strict demand on filtration precision, we developed welding filter bag. The welding filter bag is made of high-grade polyester and PP felt .The surface is singed to avoid fiber falling which will cause pollution to the filtrate. The felt is Needle Punched which could provide three-dimensional filtration. It is called indepth filtration. The filtrate passes the felt, while the particles is detained in the surface and inside of felt. The even thickness, mesh opening, and reinforced mechanical tensile, guarantee the filter bag a better filtrating efficiency and long lifetime. The welding method can avoid the silicon oil pollution and side leak caused by pinprick. It measure up the technical requirement in industrial areas as electronics field, foodstuff industry, etc, and gained the License of Foodstuff Certificate issued by the Ministry of Health P R C ,China.
The plastic ring is made of high quality engineering plastic, which is of high physical performance and chemical causticity-proof ability. With the special treatment, it can be equipped in almost bag filters in the market. As a part of the filter bag, the handle is higher than the filtrate level, which makes high efficiency for replacement. The filter material is Polyester or PP, and filtration precision is from 0.5 micron to 300 micron
4. Customized Filter Bag
Each end-user has his own demands for filters according to production condition and size of filters. We are experienced various sizes of filter bag, and can customize the same bags according to the original ones. The materials for filtration we can offer: Needle Punched Felt, Mesh/Screen, Woven fabric, meltblow non-woven, thermal-calendering non-woven, filter papered.
