CENTRIFUGE BAGS Centrifuge is primarily a device providing mechanical acceleration field via centrifugal force & can thus separate solid particles suspended in a fluid of lower density. We manufacture all the centrifuge bags required in various quality of textiles as per the machine size. The most popular material for the centrifuges are polypropylene & cotton. Woven fabrics of weight ranging between 500 g/m & 900 g/m are used for making centrifuges depending on process requirements. We have best manufacturing facility & expertise to create & deliver these centrifuges very quickly. We make centrifuge bags for Peeler, three column & pusher centrifuge (one stage drum type) machines.
ROTARY DRUM (VACUUM) COVERS Rotary drum filters are used for liquid- solid separation of different varieties. The filter drum cover media selection is of great importance to maintain the quality of filtration while taking care of the rigorous cleaning done through scrapping. We provide best quality filters in polyester, nylon, acrone & Polypropylene for varied applications. We also developed speciality fabrics for difficult applications based on process requirements.
LEAF FILTER PADS We provide the filter pads required for all kinds of leaf filters. The material can be supplied in the form of rolled goods or pre-fabricated as per leaf filter sizes. The fabrics are selected after thorough understanding of the filtration process & results desired.
FILTER MEDIA IN ROLL FORM We also supply liquid filter media in roll form for the OEM's & other users who require them in large quantity & have their own fabrication facilities. The media is checked for all the quality parameters like weight, water permeability, tensile strength & Mullen bursting strength.
FILTER MEDIA & ACCESSORIES FOR FILTER PRESS We provide pre-fabricated filter media for filter press. Filter presses require accessories like bolts, nuts & plate spares for smooth operations. We have developed special hardware for each design of filter press & can supply the same as per customer demand.
